Enabling Editing and Operating a Macro Enabled Excel Model Template File

To enable the Macros within the model to operate (which is necessary for the model to work), please follow these steps:

1. When launching the file, the ribbon at the top of the file may state: "This file originated from an Internet location and might be unsafe. Click for more details. [Enable Editing]"
2. Click [Enable Editing].  
3. If the model prompts a message stating that there are macros running in the model, click "Enable Macros"

These two steps should prevent there from being any errors in downloading the file.
